We do not ask for, store or hold any payment details either online or by any traditional means.
Online payments are carried out using the secure servers of WorldPay, ensuring any online transaction is handled by a world leader in electronic payments with the highest and most up-to-date levels of security.
Registering with us is simply a process of establishing verified contact details in order that we can accurately keep you informed of your orders process. Our online registration form does not ask for, or request, payment details. These are only ever requested after the checkout process from the secure WorldPay payment system.
How to use our online store.
- 1) Register and/or login.
- 2) Select the products you wish to order by adding them to the basket.
- 3) Check that quantity of products ordered is correct and adjust as you wish.
- 4) Click the WorldPay checkout button. This will transfer your basket information to the secure WorldPay system. You will see a closed Padlock symbol somewhere on your browser and the web address will start with https:// (rather than http://); both indicating that you are now in a secure area.
- 5) Enter your payment details as requested by WorldPay.
- 6) You will receive an email confirming the order from us and an email confirming the payment from WorldPay.
- 7) You can return to our website to view and print your order details in the user area.

By BACS transfer, cheque, credit card or debit card. You can phone, email or snail-mail or (for added peace of mind) visit us at our showroom. You can now also purchase on our website, through the secure server of WorldPay.
