Secure Online Shopping

Knowing that customers who shop online need to be assured that it is both safe and secure, we have designed our systems to ensure that security is paramount.

We do not ask for, store or hold any payment details either online or by any traditional means.

Online payments are carried out using the secure servers of payment provider Stripe (used by millions of businesses of all sizes – from start-ups to large enterprises), ensuring any online transaction is handled by a world leader in electronic payments with the highest and most up-to-date levels of security.

Registering with us is simply a process of establishing verified contact details in order that we can accurately keep you informed of your orders process. Our online registration form does not ask for, or request, payment details. These are only ever requested after the checkout process from Stripe's own secure payments system.

How to use our online store.

1. Register and/or login.
2. Select the products you wish to order by adding them to the basket.
3. Check the product/products ordered is correct and adjust if necessary.
4. Click the CHECKOUT >> button. This will transfer your basket information to Strip's secure system. You will see a closed Padlock symbol on your browser and the web address will start with https:// (rather than http://); both indicating that you are in a secure area.
5. Enter your payment details as requested by Stripe.
6. You will receive an email confirming the order from us and an email from Stripe, confirming the payment.
7. You can return to our website to view and print your order details in the user area.
