Reclaimed old oak & old floorboards for sale

We have recently cleared out one of our workshops and have a quantity of lovely reclaimed old oak for sale (see photos below).

Old Reclaimed Oak Boards, sawn from ancient beams

Each length (65 in total) has a chainsawed flat surface and they vary in thickness from 0.5" to 3", with most around 1"-1.5".

They would make a fabulous random width (up to 17" wide) boarded floor of fantastic colour and slightly uneven surface. Enough to cover around 203 sq.ft. You would need to put them through a re-saw to get them all to the same thickness, but you'd get double out of a number of the thicker lengths which would allow you to cover an even larger area.

In total they amount to around 23.4 cu.ft. which would normally cost around £2,300 incl. VAT to have been cut from old beams, or around £6,500 incl. VAT if they were actually old reclaimed oak floorboards.

We want £1,500 incl. VAT for the lot.

We also have a small quantity of actual reclaimed old oak floorboards (some are visible at the left of the photo - slightly darker colour). Enough to cover 19 sq.ft. These would normally cost you around £618 incl. VAT, but we are asking just £400 inc. VAT.
