Oak fielded panel bed, with hand-turned acorn finials, from our handmade reproduction bed range. Solid oak, in a traditional style. This is available, to take a divan type mattress i.e. separate base with mattress on top, or with wooden slats and ply platform if you prefer to use a mattress only. As with all the furniture in our bespoke Wilmington range, we can custom build to your specific design requirements. The photo below illustrates the bed made for a king size mattress, on a ply platform, and is finished in 'Antique Pitch' with 'Medium Aging'. Note that, with a standard double mattress, the bed has three panels on the headboard and footboard.
