This is so we are able to refer back, for example, in the event of a fresh order being submitted, for product range, colour and ageing matching purposes and are able to reference this information to the above contact details as given on your original order. We also retain this information, for the same period of time, in the event of a claim being made, which may fall under our guarantee terms.
For enquiries, we hold information given to us by the enquirer, as well as other relevant information we’ve added by way of product details, for a period of two years, to allow a reasonable time for such enquiries to convert into actual orders, without having to re-start the process.
