Close up view of one of the turned and hand carved oak finials, standing on the box foot posts of our clients bespoke 16th century style linenfold panelled bed. The relief carved bulbous top section of the finial, is known as 'gadrooning', with the lower section made up of stylised acanthus leaves. The chest of drawers in the background were also commissioned from ourselves.
