Gothic bed, handmade in England from solid oak. Representing an early Tudor style with hand carved enriched parchemin panels (a very early form of linenfold), gothic style crocketed post tops, 16th century rail carving and finished in Warm Chestnut. Commissioned by a prestigious holiday let company for their beautifully restored Devon long house and designed by Nicholas Berry. Photo below illustrates bed made for a super king size mattress.
