From our Chalvington bespoke dining room furniture range, this piece deviates slightly from the orthodox principal of period oak withdrawing tables, where there is usually no overhang at the ends, when closed. In this example, because there is an overhang, you can seat somebody comfortably at each end without having to pull the leaves out. Because of the permanent overhang, the leaves don't need to be quite as long as normal. Just long enough to get an extra sitter outside of the table legs each side.

In the drop down box below, the first three will sit 6-10 people, second three 8-12 people, and last three 10-14. Note that as with all our bespoke pieces these sizes aren't fixed. You can have whatever you want, as long as it works!
