Long sideboard dresser, handmade in oak, with 4 drawers and 4 doors to the cupboard section. A fairly restrained piece modelled on an 18th century dresser, with cockbeaded drawers, simple panelled doors and bracketed feet. One of our Chalvington bespoke dresser bases, this piece can be ordered as a 2, 3 or even 5 drawer version. As with all our bespoke pieces this dresser will have hand-cut dovetails to the drawer boxes. A mark of quality. Also available in cherrywood (fruitwood) for the same price. The first photo below shows the dresser base in full character grade oak, heavily aged and with a bespoke colour. The second, was custom made slightly taller for our client, using a cleaner grade oak, medium aged and finished in a slightly lighter shade of our Chalvington 'Warm Chestnut'.
