Bespoke dismantle-able oak linen press

A bespoke oak linen press, 18th century style, that can be dismantled into six main sections, rather than just the drawer base and wardrobe. It was based on our Wilmington Linen press oak 5-drawer, and we also re-designed the drawer layout and top section.

Made specially for our Somerset clients, whose winding staircase was so tight that it would have been impossible to get the normal two sections up to the bedroom. So we made the press to dismantle into six main components; the plinth assembly, left and right hanging sections, two individual chests of drawers and the plinth assembly. Assembled, you cannot tell.
